Principle - Turbine Series
The
emergence of the Narayan Turbine series so named because it is
based, for it's air and combustion characteristics on the pressuring
and swirl function of the Turbine. From the Turbine principle
axial air flow gives assured control of radial swirl & axial
velocity in the combustion gases resulting in maximum efficiency
and accurate flame shaping. The burner motor is air cooled by
the main combustion fan as mounted within the air stream where
the flow of air is four hundred times more than the winding cooling
fan's capacity, thus ensuring cooler motor winding giving higher
electrical efficiency. considerable electricalcost saving. Noise
rating of our Burner is far lower than the statutory minimum.
Combustion
Head
The
combustion head can be removed separately as a unit for maintenance
purpose. Optimum unique mixing principle. To eliminate low frequency
resonance and enable O2 level to be achieved on relatively low
head pressures a two stage air fuel mixing device is used.
Design
The
burner housing assembly is comprising of 3 robust section of high
tensile aluminium. The option of left or right swing is available
to meet the customer's specific order. (It should be specified
while ordering)
An
epoxy powder stoved finished (Red coloured body & black coloured
other ancillary components) combines lasting protection with a
pleasing functional appearance besides being highly scratch resistant
and durable.
Fully
Closing Air Damper (F.C.A.D.)
All
High / Low operating burners are fitted with a feature of 100%
air damper closure, which operates everytime automatically, when
there is no call for heat. This provides an energy saving bonus
at no extra cost.
Quality
Management
Continuous
dimensional & detail checks are made while components are
in production areas. Burner fans are manufactured to our designed
parameter and are dynamically balanced under computer control
in our own workshop. Each burner is electrically inspected and
tested. The final check before despatch includes full simulation
of all Fuel (oil) and electrical functions.
